Philipp Bellmann, Hechtstr. 38, 01097 Dresden, Germany (“WaveHaven”) operates this website and is the developer of the products offered here.
These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and WaveHaven and apply as soon as you start using the extension — including during any free trial period. They govern your access to, licensing, and use of the product, including provisions on support and liability.
The actual purchase of the product is handled by Creem, as described further in Section 2.
This agreement remains in effect from your first use of the product and continues until you uninstall or stop using the extension.
By using the extension — whether as part of a free trial or a paid subscription — and/or by checking the box to accept these Terms and clicking the “Checkout at Creem.io” button, you agree to be bound by this agreement with WaveHaven.
When you choose to purchase the product, you will be redirected from this website to a secure checkout page hosted by Creem:
Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and as a reseller of the product offered by WaveHaven. As Merchant of Record, Creem handles the entire transaction, and your purchase agreement is concluded directly with them — not WaveHaven.
Creem is responsible for billing, invoicing, payment processing, and tax compliance. WaveHaven does not process payments and is not the direct seller.
WaveHaven does not collect or store any payment information.
The checkout is securely hosted and operated by Creem, and is subject to their own terms and policies:
The Chrome extension developed by WaveHaven is distributed exclusively through the Chrome Webstore and is available for free download.
You may begin using the extension without an upfront purchase. Activation instructions for the free trial are shown on-screen within the extension itself.
The product being offered for purchase is a license that enables continued access and full use of the extension beyond the trial period.
Further details — including system requirements and licensing terms — are available on this website or in the Chrome Webstore listing.
The product is delivered digitally and is typically available immediately after purchase. The license purchased is tied to the email address used during checkout. It is neccessary for you to have access to that email address to verifiy your subscription.
You may use the extension for a limited time without a paid subscription. This free trial is activated from within the extension and does not involve a payment.
By using the extension after purchasing a subscription, you agree that the service begins immediately.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@wavehaven.de.
By subscribing, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension beyond the trial period for personal or business purposes.

When you start a free trial period through the extension, your email address is transmitted to WaveHaven.
When you complete a purchase through Creem, some purchase-related information — such as your name, email address, and subscription status — is shared with WaveHaven.
This data is stored securely on our servers in Germany and used solely to verify your license and provide access to the product.
We may also use your email address to send activation details and other important information related to your subscription or trial, and to notify you of important updates to these Terms of Use.
WaveHaven does not collect or store any payment information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveHaven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of — or inability to use — the product, regardless of the legal basis.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To manage or cancel your subscription, please use the links provided in your confirmation or invoice email from Creem, or visit:
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you’ll continue to have access for the remainder of your current billing period.
WaveHaven may update or modify these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in legal requirements, product features, or how the service operates.
If any material changes are made, or if the service is scheduled to end, we’ll notify affected users in a suitable way — including by email, where possible.
By continuing to use the product or this website after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
